Composition: Maltodextrin, sucrose, cream powder 42%, skimmed milk powder 1.5%, complex food supplement (glucose syrup, coconut oil, milk protein, emulsifier esters of glycerol and lactic and fatty acids, stabilizer dipotassium phosphate), guar gum
Nutritional value per 100 g: proteins 9,0 g, fats 11,5 g, carbohydrates 75,1 g
Energy value per 100 g: 440 kcal / 1844 kJ
Directions for use:
Add 1 kg of dry mixture to 2.3 liters of liquid, stir until completely dissolved and let sit for 15 minutes, then stir again.
Proportions for different types of alcohol:
- wine 12% 830 ml and 1470 ml of water;
- champagne 11% 900 ml and 1400 ml of water;
- vermouth 15% 660 ml and 1640 ml of water;
- beer 4.5% 2.3 liters;
- whiskey 40% 250 ml and 2050 ml of water.
Pour the resulting mixture into the freezer.
The reconstituted mixture can be stored at a temperature not exceeding 6° for 18 hours.
